    My friend and I waited for our food because we order table service but we waited for more than 10 minutes for a ice cream cone and a large fries. We tried to ask about our food at the counter and finally one of the workers told us that they don't have cone and ask of we want a cup. We said it's okay. But when I went back a few minutes later they refilled the cone. The service sucked and didn't even try to find us and tell us about the situation. And lied about not having cones. Their attitude sucked badly. Made us wait for two items that they can easily give on the spot. Also I ordered a drink and they didn't make it nicely. The caramel drizzle wasn't on the side of the cup and only put a little on the whip cream. Is it still called a caramel frappe??? The service sucks, the way they make the drink are bad, and I even asked nicely but they ignored me.

    They told my friend there was no ice cream cone left and gave her a cup, a few minutes later when I went back to get my drink , they refilled the cone. Also the drink I got they didn't put the caramel drizzle nicely. It didn't look like they put the caramel nice on the side of the cup too.

    Super slow service and not even busy, lots of staff. I only get coffee and it’s takes anywhere between 5-13 minutes for them to prepare it. Always ask for an extra lids for your coffee cups and replace the one they put on. Observed staff many times using same hands to handle assorted food, money, mop, equipments etc. without gloves. Then touching to top of coffee lid.

    I had a very unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s. My child politely asked a female staff member for a napkin and stood there for quite some time, but she completely ignored her. I then stepped in and politely said “Excuse me,” and she continued to ignore me. When I said it again, she suddenly became verbally aggressive and rude, saying she had already heard me, with a very bad attitude. This was especially disappointing because my child takes dance classes nearby, and we come to this McDonald’s regularly to buy food. We are frequent customers, and I never expected to be treated this way—especially in front of a child. There is no excuse for speaking to customers like this. This was not a language barrier issue, but a clear problem with attitude and basic respect. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff training and customer service standards, because this experience was unnecessary and upsetting.

    I normally don’t write reviews, but today’s experience was unacceptable. I ordered two Big Breakfasts with Hotcakes (one bacon, one sausage). I’ve ordered this many times and never had an issue. The cashier seemed distracted, but my boyfriend and I didn’t mind. When we got our order, we realized she had only rung up hotcakes with the meat items and the entire Big Breakfast portion was missing. I went back to the counter to calmly explain and purchase the missing items. Instead of helping, the original cashier insisted that I “ordered exactly what I got.” I tried to diffuse the situation by saying I wasn’t here to argue, I just wanted to buy the rest of the meal. Then she began talking about me in Spanish, assuming I wouldn’t understand, telling another employee to “just return it so she can shut up.” My boyfriend understood everything. She continued loudly saying “you gotta pay” like I had refused, which I never did. Even in the back, she kept talking about me, and when I said we could hear her, she said she didn’t care. Thankfully, the second cashier apologized and helped me finish the order. But the behavior from the first cashier was rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. This needs to be addressed.
