I asked why the other one has more then, and she said it was melted already. It was not melted enough to double in volume. And of course the machine is broken to mix the mcflurry.

The fact that they thought it was okay to do so is beyond me. If I was in person they would have never gave me those fries and that’s the issue with ordering online. Another staff said there were no tickets left. So why still show it on the app if you don’t have any? That’s so misleading! Feels like false advertising. Very disappointing experience
