The staff seemed distracted, talking to each other and using their AirPods while taking orders. It felt like they were not paying attention, and I had to repeat myself multiple times just to place a simple order. They also appeared uninterested in helping customers, and their attitude was unprofessional. In addition, there is no restroom available, and when I asked for assistance with something else, they immediately refused without any effort to help. Overall, the service was rude, inattentive, and not welcoming at all. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the customer service at this location.
