- LLLinaNov 17, 20251.00 stars. Store is horrendous. I’ve visited on multiple occasions and there’s something seriously wrong with stores stock and customer service. They never have any idea what products are out, when they’re arriving,discontinued or altogether haven’t heard it. When they “don’t know” or “out” and are too lazy to inquire,they flat out lie and waste your time. Corporate will be involved because it’s unfair for there to be an issue each and EVERY single time a customer goes to order something and it’s mysteriously discontinued or out. The manager doesn’t seem to be doing a good job whatsoever, clearly! Other locations are actually informed and trained unlike here. Dunkin needs to do better at their hiring. Manager, pull your weight and get your act together to manage your store better. Location needs an overhaul. Each associate is worse than the last.
