  I’ve been to many DD locations and felt like when I receive my order it was made patience and love .. but NO this location is the total opposite. They throw your food together no matter how early in advance you order on the app.. they are very slow.. understaff and their donuts are NOT fresh. I order the bare minimum from here because I know I’m going to get bare minimum service when it comes to my food.. I really hope and much bad reviews that this location gets, that someone from corporate either shut this location down or upgrade the service and food quality

  Absolutely horrible, I have been ripped off/scammed, I have ordered breakfast from here the last 3 days before going to work, sometimes I drive, sometimes I take the train, i have tried to order food from both the Grubhub app and the ubereats app and when I arrive my order was never ready, I was told rudely if I “chose the right location” and I have shown proof that I have, I have shown the order details as well, and was responded with “I don’t know, I’m sorry, I didn’t see your order, nothing came on the screen,” I let it slide the first time it happened, I thought maybe someone took my food and drink, but then the following two times I was told literally after I showed proof of my order and the address is the same that “they could not help me”, I want a refund and am completely dissatisfied with this location, if they don’t support the Uber Eats or grub hub app for “pick up” then they need to either remove the app selection from Google Maps or just advertise they don’t support pickup delivery at all, I will try to pass this information on elsewhere so I can get my money back because I have already spent nearly 40 dollars with no food or drinks and the staff have been incredibly rude as well. I also noticed I am not the only one making a review for this specific location. For anyone trying to use the UBER EATS or GRUBHUB APP, DO NOT USE THOSE APPS FOR THIS PLACE!!! Also RUDE STAFF and SLOW!

  this is the dunkin I go to when I can’t go to the one on northern near 7/11. they’re very kind even though they’re understaffed, but sometimes there’s homeless people walking inside. there’s times when i come in like 20 minutes before i need to be on the road, but by the time 20 minutes comes i don’t even have my drink yet haha… i think they don’t really have updated menus either, i ordered a candy bar latte but they gave me a caramel craze. ngl their lattes taste different lately it kinda makes me sick but i love this DD, they js need to get new management because they need more people for the lines and ya
