  this is the dunkin I go to when I can’t go to the one on northern near 7/11. they’re very kind even though they’re understaffed, but sometimes there’s homeless people walking inside. there’s times when i come in like 20 minutes before i need to be on the road, but by the time 20 minutes comes i don’t even have my drink yet haha… i think they don’t really have updated menus either, i ordered a candy bar latte but they gave me a caramel craze. ngl their lattes taste different lately it kinda makes me sick but i love this DD, they js need to get new management because they need more people for the lines and ya

  Im sick of the rude people in here, I come to work early in the morning and don't expect people attitudes and laziness, every time I come in there its always something and I refuse to order from here anymore, I asked for my hash browns loaded with no bacon and extra cheese instead, besides me still having to pay for extra cheese even though I don't want no bacon, The indian lady shorted me on the cheese like she did yesterday so I made sure to check again today and sure enough she did it again. I asked her to put the extra cheese I ordered, and im very extremely polite, and she had an attitude and dumped the cheese from in the packet not even the bottle, FROM THE PACKET! and squeezed it onto my hash browns. And the other day the other lady put chipotle instead of cheese and she can't even understand English when im telling her I don't want chipotle my order says cheese and she is telling me they do not have chipotle, Im telling her you do have it you poured it on my hash browns and I do not want chipotle I want regular cheese the lady insist on going back and forth acting like she don't understand and the other lady had to come in and put the right cheese on. Im tired of going through these situations every morning, If y'all don't want to work there's so many other people that would want that job and do it efficiently this is horrible! to top it of they have panhandlers that chill in there begging for money INSIDE THE STORE that's annoying so early in the morning.

  As soon as I walked in one of the workers were coughing facing the donuts not covering his mouth . Also they don’t know how to make an ice coffee , usually dunkin coffee is standard and always make the same . Mine was straight milk never again
