  I ordered Domino's about 3 months ago via on the website. I went with one of my relatives to pick up the food. We were the only ones there at first. However, the service took so long and they were uncoordinated in doing their work. They spent the entire time just talking to each other while only one of them cooks the food. Speaking of the lady who was making the pizza, she messed up on our last pie and it took another 20 minutes to be done. The order was 5 pies(with various toppings) and 16 garlic bread bites. They took so long on our last pie, the wait took over 40 minutes before they finally gave our food. They didn't even apologize... They also took a long time on other peoples' orders while we were there. They didn't accept one of the other orders despite the guy who ordered it, willing to pay with his money which was weird.

  Delivered to the wrong address and they wouldn't admit it. Kept insisting that they delivered to the right address. The delivery driver can't even read door number. How are you gonna offer delivery

  I really gave them the benefit of the doubt, didn’t order from them for a few months because of the same situation I just went through. The delivery is pretty bad: they send the notification that they delivered the food without even being close to the place and delivery person has a nasty attitude. Last time, guy complained that I didn’t have to wait for him in the lobby. This time, he called complaining that I made him wait for too long (which is funny, because I waited about 10 minutes in the lobby when it got “delivered”) Tl:dr, don’t waste your money here.

  I've ordered from this location for the past 2 years. Ive had mixed experiences with them, more bad than good unfortunately. As I type this, I am on hold from 2 different phones for the past 30mins after seeing my order was cancelled. The last time I ordered from here, I ordered at 10:30pm-ish, and the food did not arrive until 1am. The driver apologised and gave me an extra stuffed cheesy bread. But just to confirm a few things from these other reviews. They DO NOT pick up, They DO mark ALL ORDERS as delivered before arrival, and they NEVER cut the pizza properly. I've eaten at the location with no issues. Ordering is always a hassle. I suggest picking up. Can't mess up if you're in their face. UPDATE: Ive just been hung up on both phones. Service is literally THEE WORST at this location.

  These people do not how to run a business, cook food, or have good customer service. I placed an order on the app for carry out. I got to the place, and the manager asked for my order ID number. I gave it to him thinking that he was going to hand me my food since it’s been a while but no! He started telling another person to MAKE the food meaning that they didn’t even start. It was so disorganized and chaotic which made me think that these people just started working there. Nobody respected the manager because he asked someone to deliver some pizzas, and the worker actually said no because he was too busy sweeping. The workers were yelling at each other and there was no efficiency at all. I finally got my pizzas after waiting 30 minutes in the store, and when I got home, the pizzas were disgusting. The cheesy bread had no cheese inside of it. It was just bread. Nastiest food I’ve ever eaten. Never again. Do yourself a favor and do not order from here . They will be out of business, mark my words .
