I went into the store and explained this to Ali and showed him the transactions, which he very nicely and quickly updated the manager. Together they kindly agreed to make the order and it was no trouble at all. I appreciated their efficiency but also their understanding and kindness especially when there was other customers in the store. Thank you both so much!

The employee who assisted me showed a very impatient and dismissive attitude. The interaction felt rushed, unfriendly, and lacking even the most basic level of customer service. It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. For a major brand like Dunkin’, this kind of service is unacceptable. A business can survive small mistakes, but repeated poor attitudes will drive loyal customers away. Unfortunately, after today, I will not be returning to this location.
