- LLLiang Liu5 days ago1.0The staff at the front desk appeared completely exhausted and were unwilling to utter a single word. Despite having placed an order online, it was nowhere to be found at the pickup counter. When I sought assistance from the staff, I was met with total indifference. Furthermore, after waiting my turn in line at the ordering kiosk, the staff member simply walked away to attend to something else the moment I reached the front. An order scheduled for 6:00 PM was not received until 6:35 PM. If you are too exhausted to function, then close your doors and rest. If you have no desire to serve the residents of this community, then leave. Do not inflict your misery and incompetence on others.

The food can be not delicious when cold or sitting out too long which is normal. When heated it almost tastes the same. The place is cozy with seatings at windows and away from windows.
