I have to travel to Chester NY Dunkin because Florida NY Dunkin is Horrible. The coffee taste nothing like what you ordered and the coffee always has a burnt taste. I have thrown away many drinks with just taking a sip of the coffee, because its disgusting. Also, they blast the music in the store and you can't talk on the phone or have a conversation with someone next to you without rasing your tone. I will never go back, I will just continue my business at Chester Dunkin or Starbucks in Goshen NY.

The wake up wraps were so greasy just egg and cheese I’ve never seen that before from any other DD. The previous time at this location my coffee tasted like tea and coffee. It was disgusting. Staff does not have a clue to what’s going on. The drive thru takes forever bc cars in front of you look like they have a problem with their order. I have to remember not to use this DD again. It’s a waste of money. They need competent employees that can get an order right and can smile and be pleasant to customers.

I placed my order on the app and went through the drive-thru, only to be told they were out of the donuts I ordered. I said no problem, just refund me, but they insisted they couldn’t because it was an app order. I explained it can be done (since it has before), but they got rude and said it was “above their pay grade.” They called the supervisor on the phone, and she confirmed it can be done. The woman at the window was still nasty, and to top it off, the drinks were awful.
