She is the kindest and sweetest worker there. She always makes my coffee right and if its made wrong by someone else she never fails to fix it. She’s good with customers and with the drinks and food. I recommend this dunkin

In desperate need for new employees or different management! Take your business elsewhere. Try Dunkin in Chester or Warwick those are great choices.

I have to travel to Chester NY Dunkin because Florida NY Dunkin is Horrible. The coffee taste nothing like what you ordered and the coffee always has a burnt taste. I have thrown away many drinks with just taking a sip of the coffee, because its disgusting. Also, they blast the music in the store and you can't talk on the phone or have a conversation with someone next to you without rasing your tone. I will never go back, I will just continue my business at Chester Dunkin or Starbucks in Goshen NY.
- CVCathy VastaDec 8, 20251.0The tea I ordered today with just milk definitely had a lot of sugar in it. Every time I go to this DD my Oder is not correct. The wake up wraps were so greasy just egg and cheese I’ve never seen that before from any other DD. The previous time at this location my coffee tasted like tea and coffee. It was disgusting. Staff does not have a clue to what’s going on. The drive thru takes forever bc cars in front of you look like they have a problem with their order. I have to remember not to use this DD again. It’s a waste of money. They need competent employees that can get an order right and can smile and be pleasant to customers.
