  The employees were great. They all were working hard and kind. Its literally 5° degrees outside, and your fireplace isn't on?? Everyone inside was wearing their winter coats. Hey, owner: Don't be such a cheapskate! Turn the heat up and the fireplace on! Ill never go back there because my family deserves better than that. Unbelievable. I understand ppl want to make money... but you'll never be successful treating your patrons this way. Also, the booths were broken.

  We visited Panera in Fishkill around 4:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. The place was basically empty, with a few customers. After placing our order for a simple bagel, coffee, and hot chocolate it came to $20! We were told to go in the back to pick up our order. We waited almost half an hour in the back. Again, the place was as far from busy as possible. We saw a bagel sitting on the counter but didn't know who's it was. Finally they saw us waiting there for so long, that one of the workers asked if we were waiting for a bagel. And I said yes I have been. She tried to give me the bagel that had been sitting there all that time. I said I think it's not warm anymore. One of the workers put her hands on each of the bagel halves and promptly told me no it's warm and handed it to me. It was cold and dry and I asked to please heat it back up again. I also told them I ordered a bagel with butter on it. They put it in for a few seconds gave it back to me with butter packets and I took it to the table. The butter wouldn't even melt it was still cold and chewy from sitting out for so long. We finally had to ask where my husband's hot chocolate was and they said oh I'm sorry! I'll make that for you now. We were there over 45 minutes for a very simple, basic order. It was expensive for what little we got. The worst quality food I've ever had at Panera ( the hot chocolate was barely drinkable). And on the coldest month in years, the fireplace was not on. Although we've always enjoyed frequenting Panera, We will never be returning to this Panera.

  I had a great experience at the fast food place thanks to the sweet young lady alana who served me. She was friendly, polite, and made sure my order was just right. Her positive attitude really brightened my day and made the whole experience enjoyable. It's always nice to see such kindness and good service in fast food!
