  Drive thru, loaded hash browns cold,and not nearly any dressing of any kind. Disappointing to say the least.

  11/13/25 @ 7:07am If you want an amazing start to your day, visit this location! The person who took my order in the drive-thru was also the one at the window, and she was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. The coffee was amazing too. A perfect way to begin the morning!❤️

  I ordered via mobile and picked up at the drive-thru. The staff member helping us was incredibly sweet and polite, making the experience feel welcoming. Our order was hot and fresh when we received it—exactly what we hoped for. Great service and tasty treats—will definitely return.

  If I could give zero stars I would. On October 12th at 6:20 pm, the 2 female employees were extremely rude and after ordering they just seemed annoyed to just do their job. It starts at the window, i asked if they had something and she said give me a minute. I waited a few, she comes back on the speaker and says yes we have it. So I order it and a few other things. When I get to the window she said oh we don’t have them, ok, so I order something else. The whole order was wrong from the drink to the food and half of the food was black and the other half was completely squished. When I asked them to replace the black burnt items they were standing there looking at me through the window with the worst look on their faces and then rolled their eyes and proceeded to look like they were extremely bothered by working or just doing their job. It’s not even like I was rude, i asked as nicely as anyone could and even stated that I hate to do this I’m sorry but…. I will even mention that they didn’t wear gloves and the girl who handed me my drink which wasn’t what I ordered had whipped cream all over her finger which means her finger was in the drink she gave me. After the rudeness and then seeing how disgusting everything was from start to finish, I will never go there again. The employees should be trained on good and proper customer service and food service cleanliness and sanitation. If they don’t want to work there they should just quit. They shouldn’t treat paying customers the way they just did, and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Im sure they wouldn’t want burnt food either or someone’s finger in their drinks. Do better Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve been a daily customer for 15 years. No one should go to this location, you have been warned.
