  I cant even get upset at the workers because theyre doing what they could but its extremely obvious that the management at this chipotle is atrocious. I placed a mobile order for pick up at 5:50 with the expectation for it to be ready by 6:10. Listen, if it was a little later than 6:10 i really wouldnt care but i didnt receive my order till almost 7 oclock. the store was busy and the workers were doing the best they could, but if this is an issue that keeps persisting, then maybe the managers should actually support their team and figure out a better system for the workers to move efficiently without feeling like theyre getting stuff thrown at them from all angles. Everyone is so unhappy here and it is obvious. I blame management.

  Absolutely terrible experience. I came in to pick up my order and had to wait in line for 30 minutes because there were no employees available to assist customers at the pickup counter. Once I finally received my order, there were no utensils available, so I couldn’t even eat the food. When I opened the bowl, I realized it was made incorrectly — the guacamole I paid for was missing, and lettuce had been added instead. On top of that, the portion sizes were incredibly small. Very disappointing overall.

  terrible. NO CHICKEN STEAK OR ANY PROTEIN. terrible service. workers gave attitude and tables messy. i came after hours of practice starving and the only thing that could make me happy was chipotle but no. the workers, servers and food selection drained my emotions. the workers stood around doing nothing. it is a shame because i love chipotle.

  How as a fast food place do you run out of tortillas during dinner hour? This is fishkill store and they had none. Apparently the manager not having someone Inventory after the lunch rush. Needless to say I did not order my food.

  The food portions are not what they used to be, and its absolute slop and hasn’t been decent in years. The employees are rude and always seemed bothered when you’re just trying to pick up your food. Orders are constantly screwed up, and missing food items from orders tends to be a regular issue. Go to Salsa Fresca or Bubakoos instead of this “establishment”.
