It looked like plastic wrap they used for something, but after watching the place go downhill the past few months and now this, I will never eat here again. If I didn’t see that plastic wrap, I could have died.

I’m giving two stars because half of the time the staff is pretty friendly and the other half I’ll go in and I’ll be completely ignored. I’ll just be standing there waiting for somebody and the staff will look up at me several times, but not one person will say anything and they’ll completely ignore me. Today I went in and the same thing happened. It took about five minutes before I left, but the staff They weren’t busy and there was nobody else in the restaurant, and everyone of the staff looked up at me several times throughout the several minutes I was standing there quietly waiting and not one person said hello or offered anything so I just turned around and left and I won’t be coming back.

My friends and I last week wanted to get some fast food and eat in as we didn't want to sit in our car. The minute we set foot inside we saw all the tables were dirty with leftover food and stains, definitely not an appetizing or welcoming place to sit down 😅 We ended up just going to Five-Guy's next door as it was very clean

- CSChristopher SudolDec 16, 20252.0Been there many times, and frequent the one on west 34st in Manhattan when working, everytime I go to Fishkill I usually just get it to go, but everytime I am there the tables are a disaster and a mess, today when I decided to eat there it was the same story, between 3 and 4 p.m, every table looks as if it hadn't been wiped all day, 4 garbage bins piled over the top. I sat between 2 messes, my one phone lens is cracked so it doesn't get the food smeared on the tables. Honestly what this place is lacking is responsible management. There is no way a manager is there on duty and let's this go for so long. Even the food presentation looks different from other stores, it looks sloppy.
