  Christine takes really good care of you and your order. Friendly environment right inside Walmart. We enjoy eating here after shopping.

  I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received during my most recent visit to the Charleys location in Fishkill. While the food itself was acceptable, the customer service was completely unacceptable. The woman working the register was visibly irritated and unprofessional when she had to adjust my order due to my use of a valid coupon for two small cheesesteaks. What should have been a routine transaction turned into an uncomfortable interaction because of her attitude. Additionally, I was refused basic condiments and then charged extra for BBQ sauce. I have never experienced this at any Charleys location before, and I have visited many over the years. This felt unnecessary, inconsistent with the brand, and left a very poor impression. I have been to this location multiple times in the past and have never encountered service like this before. Unfortunately, this one interaction completely overshadowed any previous positive experiences. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this location and am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed.
