- SJStephanie J2 days ago1.0Very dissapointed in this locations customer service. The workers are not friendly or kind, and are very rude. the location looks unorganized and not clean. The worker said out loud " these people shouldnt be here" and that is not good customer service. Please do better.

Also, the place is like a dump when you walk in there's garbage everywhere, and the tables are dirty. Even the prep area where they prepare food was disgusting. I would not eat from here.

The take out order was not correct and the way they wrapped the burrito was if it was their first time ever. Never again. If you happen to stay in this area at a hotel nearby.... DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE.

- BBBallparkMar 27, 20261.0Food tastes OK. Poor portion sizes. Dining area is absolutely filthy. And they don't do water cups anymore. Apparently they can't figure out how to give out free water and monitor those few people who steal therefore all of the honest people suffer.
