- SDSevda DzhanayevaNov 9, 20252.0I went to Chipotle today and was really disappointed by the cleanliness and food handling. The register area had corn and rice spilled everywhere, and the counter where they wrapped food was covered in veggies and sour cream. The trash can was full and there were no napkins available. What bothered me most was that the employee tried to make my burrito with the same gloves she used to handle the register and money. I asked her to change her gloves — she was polite about it, but the situation was just disgusting. Overall, the store felt unsanitary and not up to Chipotle’s usual standards.

Had better taste than Moe's. Warning... I thought you can drive thru and order that is not the case. You need to order online and can pick up through drive thru!

I know food service is not easy, but I try my best to be polite, keep things moving and keep my orders simple, but the workers here are so grouchy, specifically in the evening. Like I said, I understand food service sucks especially in today's day and age, but don't take it out on me, I'm just trying to get my food and go. 😭🙏🏻 Some of the workers in the line where they make your food don't even say hello. Normally I don't really care because it's fast food but they're borderline rude here every time.
