We always enjoy Carrabba’s and wish ours didn’t close! This one is 2 1/2 hrs away but luckily we’re out there at times. The food is very good, consistent and with great options. We have many favs. And yummy desserts!

No photos - sorry Most folks know their food. All was as good as could be expected. Their Alfredo sauce has no flavor. The restaurant was freezing cold. Bathroom/sewer smell throughout. Women’s restroom was dirty. One stall wouldn’t lock. The other one wouldn’t flush.

Great service. However, our meatball appetizer came out cold. Refrigerator cold. The sauce was piping hot and the meatballs were cold. My guess is they precook the meatballs, refrigerate them, and then heat them in sauce. We sent them back, and the next order was only slightly better - room temperature at best. We cut them up and let them heat up in the super hot marinara. Entrees were good, but my lasagna was also only slightly warmer than room temperature. Ultimately, the flavor of everything was good, but the temperature and execution was way off. Probably won’t be coming back.

Food - soups were fantastic. Chicken soup was fantastic with lots of chicken and seasoning was excellent. Sausage and lentil soup was one of the best ever tasted in a restaurant (my wife’s is always the best), with lots of lentils and chunks of sausages. Chicken Parm with pasta and meat sauce: chicken was thin, portion exceptionally small, burnt at the edges, dry super, cheese was minimal and did not come hot enough. One of the worst versions of this dish I’ve ever eaten. Pasta was cooked nicely and meat sauce was hearty with meat and made well. The flavouring (which is personal) was ok, but not the type of seasoning I would have preferred. I have had much better elsewhere. Chicken Bryant with pasta and meat sauce: Chicken was overcooked and dry. Seasoning was ok but nothing special. Portion was also exceptionally small. Pasta was over cooked and broke apart when forked. Sauce same as above. Table bread is soft and fresh and their oil for dipping is one of the best as well with olive oil, sea salt, peperoncino as well as herbs. Note: their water was very good. Service. Very friendly but way too fast. Could not finish the soup before the meals came and felt a rushed. Atmosphere. Casual friendly and family. First date may also work here. Washrooms could be cleaner and graffiti on walls should be removed. This place is too nice for such a men’s washroom in such condition. Bathroom needs an updating big time. Overall I’ve had better meals at this location as well as others. At nearly $80 plus tip, including one draft beer, it’s priced ok but a little on the high side give the portions and quality of the food. I speak of the proteins as soup costs very very little. Also the inability for a chef to not be able to cook a chicken breast or scallopini is shamefull. Note to take out promo: ordered chicken Bryant to go, told that soup was NOT included, a little misrepresented when told order same meal for $10.00 then soup excluded. Furthermore, when got back home soup was a super small portion of chicken Soup with very little chicken and lots of pasta. Big let down. They should have at least stated that the soup was a “much smaller” sized soup than what comes with “the meal”. This is misleading once again and should be better communicated. Also orders came with errors such as wrong sauce. So no, I will not come again as there are much better alternatives to spend this kind of money on a dinner out. This place used to represent great value and delicious home style cooked Italian fair - now it seems as if they have lost their raison d’être. I suppose all good things come to an end some time and as chains grow it’s common for many to lose their quality control and their oversight on how products are coming out of the pass. The chef should have caught this and never let it go out of the kitchen, further telling me that food is being cooked too fast and a lack of attention is being placed on quality output to the client. Clients prefer a great meal over a fast served meal especially at this type of establishment. On a positive note, the Hershey kisses tasted excellent - for a Hershey kiss. I truly wish this review was better as I’ve lived this chain and location for some time, but who knows perhaps management and upper management will take note and seriously to a surprise review a couple or so times during a week (unannounced) visit to the store to experience first hand. This is what naturally should be done. To management. No need to reply if you’re going to give the typical standard PR reply where you don’t accept accountability and state that there essentially is nothing wrong. It’s a waste of time and energy and customer as well as prospective customers are too smart to believe the BS.
