Forgets dipping sauce, straws, whole sandwiches, wrong toppings, etc. Buy the time you get home and realize, your angry and don't want to drive back. They are not very apologetic. They will throw your name in a notebook to give you that missing product for free next time. This is likely typical for the whole chain a they have people typically working their first jobs and I suspect a high employee turn over rate. The food isn't great for you. But for some reason, it still tastes pretty good. I suggest always double checking your order before pulling away.
