Waiting for the food, ice literally melting to make the drink flat, resulting in a poor rating for myself. During the wait, numerous customers walked in & left after NO ONE came to the front. Just a bunch of college kids cursing at each other having a jolly time while ignoring their jobs is why I'll NOT be returning to this establishment anytime soon.

Went in told them i ordered off the app and he immediately walked away from the counter after he handed us our 2 cups. Other people came in and waited at the counter for multiple minutes to order without even being acknowledged. Finally after 12 minutes they ordered. they got their food shortly after as we sat there waiting. 30 minutes have gone by before we ordered and we finally said something. Just then did they start our order. The service and management of this place is a complete joke.
