Employees yelling at and accosting customers for trying to snag their drink that's sitting there in a pile of 15-20 drinks for 5-10 minutes. Unbelievable and ridiculous. Will never return.

I understand they may be understaffed but where the hell is the management!? No need for 15 drinks sitting on the counter and 15 people waiting in line but they can’t touch their own damn drinks.
