  Don’t go here unless you don’t mind waiting 20 minutes + for your order. I’ve given this location several tries and each time it seems to get worse. Staff tend to be rude with one another and customers. Service is painfully slow. I witnessed a shift manager, screaming at one of her employees my last visit. I get we all need to correct employees sometime but in front of customers not the time or place. Honestly, that’s probably the real reason why this place is so slow. If employees are constantly feeling stressed out and disrespected by their boss why would they put forth their best effort? You guys need to get some new management in this place or you will lose this customer for good

  Hot coffee came cold and sandwich looks smashed out the bag. 10 minutes and 10 bucks for nothing. America runs on junk 😔 was also the only one in line

  I got a matcha protein Latte and specifically asked for LESS ICE. It taste amazing, but the entire cup was STILL FILLED WITH ICE. If I'm paying $6.00 for a medium coffee, I'm expecting more than a quarter cup of liquid. Please put less ice and more of your delicious coffee. I'm sure your bottom line won't get affected, and in fact you'll get more new and returning customers in the process

  Worst Dunkin by far little tiny girl with the pony tail yelled at me and my boyfriend for standing in the wrong area waiting to pick up our food. When there was tons of other people in there we had no other place to stand. If you really hate your job find a new one. Worst dunkin ever

  The coffee is usually made right every time which is hard to come by, but I just ate a breakfast sandwich and it left an after taste of cigarettes in my mouth ... Please wash your hands before handling the food after smoking a cigarette, because I can assure people who dont smoke can definitely smell and taste it on the food. I thought it was just from being in my doordashers car, but when I was finished eating all I can taste is ciggys :(
