Staff or courteous and kind and more importantly the restaurant is phenomenally clean. Bathrooms are clean. Food is served hot to get all sorts of tacos in different types of wet burritos and real true Mexican food. Bravo guys thank you for another excellent experience I can only return that with a Google review from an avid Google reviewer that does not play games with his review process. Or exposed the darknes to keep our people from having a similarly bad experience.. This was a great one. Excellent work guys, the whole way around. I'm nobody special and rarely leave reviews. However my recent visit was because Uber Eats stole my delivery order...and my tip. Was still craving Qdoba and decided to drive there. I happened to mention the experience to another customer in line, and the Manager stopped everything she was doing to ask me who the driver was, so she could ban him. They also really went out of their way to make it right even though I didn't ask for it. Thank you for your display of absolute kindness. In a world of dying customer service and forced tipping; If you're going to give anybody your money, it's this place.

- JFJohn FillsMar 24, 20262.0A week ago, I decided to visit this place for dinner, as it had been recommended to me for its good food and reasonable prices. I went two days in a row: Monday and Tuesday. On Monday, around 9:20 p.m., I was assisted by two young women, and the customer service was excellent. They were very friendly, offered recommendations, and explained the benefits of the app. Everything was great that day. However, on Tuesday, my experience was completely different. I was served by a man who clearly lacks the proper attitude for customer service. He served me grudgingly and handled my food roughly—he practically "threw" it as he passed it to the cashier. The cashier—a rather petite woman with a somewhat stocky build and dark hair—also provided poor service. She didn't ask if I wanted to order anything else, nor did she mention the app, unlike what had happened the day before. Furthermore, I asked her a question, and I'm not sure if she ignored me or simply didn't understand. The food is very good, but the customer service seems to vary greatly depending on the day. In fact, the cashier who served me that day holds the position of manager; I don't recall her name exactly, but I am quite certain she is the store manager, as I asked another employee the cashier name and position.Everyone should wear a name tag on their shirt so that customers know exactly whom to refer to when leaving feedback.
