Alfonso was amazing — so attentive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly the entire day. The staff even let my family come in the day before to decorate the room, which was such a huge help and made setup stress-free for them the morning of. We chose the brunch package, and the food was delicious — everyone raved about it! The service, atmosphere (room is BEAUTIFUL), and attention to detail were all top-notch. I can’t recommend Zuzu enough for any special event. Thank you for helping make my baby shower such a wonderful and memorable day!

The room was clean, bright, and spacious, creating the ideal atmosphere for our celebration. The staff was professional, accommodating, and genuinely kind. A special thank you to Sophia and Olivia from the Zuzu Event Team, who were incredibly helpful and responsive to all of my questions and needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
