At the window I realized that i forgot my wallet home, blood sugar reading up and up I really need to eat something i left Windy's with no food. So sad.

How hard is it to get a double with bacon, cheese, onions and ketchup? However, either the bacon or cheese is left off. The point of drive through is to get the food fast, so why would I then return to fix the order.

Visited this location today and was literally being discouraged by my daughter as we turned into the parking lot drive thru.. she explained that a few years ago her order was literally tossed out the drive thru at her instead of being handed to her. Even though she was very upset about it she didn’t make a big deal about it ; she just knew she was never spending her money at this location ever again. I decided to visit anyway thinking maybe this time would be better but to my surprise it wasn’t. The young lady taking my order was very rude and disrespectful very nonchalant and dismissive and answered back with WHAT!! at my questions asked Instead of saying can you repeat that or excuse me. When you work in any establishment that deals with the public common curtesy is a must. If you don’t like what you do for a living then clearly it’s time for a career change. Always show up to work and give your best; or just don’t show up at all. Especially when you’re dealing with the public. Everyone is going through something just don’t take whatever you’re going through on others. We are human beings and we need to be nicer to each other.
