    I love the fried chicken here. If this review was about the chicken. It would have earned 5 stars, but I had to remove a star for service due to the fact of how I was talked to, on more than one occasion. I'm black, and walking in here I knew it. If I ask a question I get spoke to sternly and I am a grown 60 or old man, not a child. If I speak to you with courtesy am I expecting too much by expecting reciprocation? I am starting to wonder if they are even used to seeing black people. One customer was even asking me about the difference between white and dark peices. As if because I am black, she figured I automatically would know as opposed to asking the white workers behind the counter serving the chicken. You can't make this stuff up. 🤷🏾‍♂️

    I have been so several stop and shop stores all around NY and this one always have a great variety of everything. Fruits and vegetables are fresh deli has great service isles are always stocked and employees are nice. 10/10

    Produce wasn’t very fresh and one particular employee was rude and nasty at self checkout. She asked for my age to purchase some cold meds and gave me a look and said “no way you are that young”. I mean, ouch

    The store itself is fine, but I'm never returning because of the passive aggressive fundraising people they allow to set up in front of the entrance.
