Ordered "+$4.00 extra shrimp," why were only 3 pieces of shrimp added to my meal? That's $1.33/shrimp. If I knew I was getting three shrimp I wouldn't have bothered adding it to the meal.

Excellent new take on classic chinese food. Price point is a little high but so are the portions so you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

On my first order today, the Kiosk could not take the credit card. I went to the counter and the young lady was amazingly helpful. I ordered 4 items to go. She added a discount coupon. All amazing so far until I got home. I ordered brown rice on 1 order and got pork fried rice. We do not eat pork. The order was over $50 so they might have given us a complimentary egg roll. Again PORK. They could have asked and offered the vegetable choice. Overall, amazing service and cleanliness. Food is lacking sauce on all. Make sure to ask for extra sauce on your order otherwise it will be dry. Also, check your order if it's a take out. Mine was not correct and at all cost, AVOID scallion pancake for $8. It is the frozen type you can buy better and more for half the price.

Let me start off by saying — the first red flag should have been the sudden name changes of the staple menu items. Hi-mein to lo-mein. “Not so fried rice” to just… fried rice. Emperor’s Tso to General Tso. The rebrand nobody asked for. Honestly poetic foreshadowing of the downfall. When we first started coming to Mogu, we thought it was the best thing since sliced bread. A healthier, fresher version of Chinese takeout that somehow didn’t sacrifice flavor. Chinese food that didn’t leave you feeling like a disgusting slob for two days after. Revolutionary. Life changing. Beautiful. But my recent trip left me absolutely HEARTBROKEN. The hi-mein used to be a colorful menagerie of fresh vegetables and perfectly seasoned tofu. Now it’s a pile of sad, overcooked noodles with not an ounce of color or fiber in sight. The “not so fried rice” used to be rich, savory, deep brown, packed with edamame and carrots. Now it’s rock-hard white rice with a few dried egg fragments clinging to life and zero flavor. And the Emperor’s Tso — once fit for royalty — is now barely fit for a peasant. This place rose to fame by being unique and innovative in a takeout world that desperately needed it. And now? It’s speed-running its transformation into a worse version of Panda Express. And that might be the real tragedy here: not that the food changed… but that somewhere along the way, the soul left the building.
