The french fries were cold. This is a normal occurrence at this location and I usually ask for a fresh batch and they make them, but this time the manager literally told me my fries were not cold. Who the heck does the manager think she is telling me what temperature my fries are. The dang fries were cold. Eventually, with a nasty expression, she takes my fries and makes new ones (or so I thought). My "new" fries were rock hard. This manager literally just threw my cold fries in the oil and double-cooked them. This location is a joke. They make frequent mistakes with orders and they don't take responsibility for the mistakes and get angry when they have to make it right. When the manager herself behaves like this, the store has no hope. AVOID.....
