- MSMir SabiryDec 31, 20251.0We almost always place mobile orders because they are meant to make things easier for both customers and staff. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. After arriving at the drive through, it took about 15 minutes to receive a very simple order consisting of two drinks and breakfast items. The order was printed, yet there was still confusion. We were initially given the wrong order, and even after explaining that this was a mobile order, everything was handed out one item at a time. The drinks were given without a tray, which made the process slower and more disorganized than it should have been. Another consistent issue is drink consistency. The drinks are rarely made the same way. Sometimes they are too sweet and other times too light. For a chain like Dunkin consistency should be expected every time. This review is meant for management, not individual employees. Better organization, training, and consistency would greatly improve the experience.
