They have been falling short on details like coffee should be hot, food should be toasted & butter should not be on the outside of the half toasted cold bagel. Today I requested a new bagle the women rolled her eyes procedded to make it and then she burnt it this time, lesson learned guess I need a new Dunkin. It's a shame.
