  I sat at the bar poor service, waiter was very slow, and when he was not around, I asked someone that was behind the bar for a root beer And he never served me.It's like he didn't even acknowledge me and he was doing something else.Besides, you're getting a root beer for me poor service

  Amazing food! Tried every sauce from the kickback to the honey garlic, and none disappointed. The service is TERRIBLE! Had to hunt down my server to pay for the meal. Its like once you get your food they stop caring about you and the place wasn't even half full. Would hate to see what its like on gameday.

  Been to this place a few times. Got decent service prior to last night. When I when there last night with my wife, daughter and daughter’s friend, a female waitress with glasses suspended my dinner plate and drink in mid air as code for me to “grab it”. Not my wife, not my daughter or my friend, just me. Because I’m a guy?!? I wasn’t born yesterday, I know when I’m being treated poorly, I dine out frequently and I’ve never witnessed or been subjected to this type of behavior before, I am a paying customer, and I deserve to be treated like a welcomed guest, which is certainly NOT how BWW Farmingdale made me feel last night (even my wife commented on it to me). When I paid my bill with 18 percent tip in cash, this server didn’t even say thank you. It is apparent the the grating Rudeness and of Long Island culture has permeated wait staff of this popular chain restaurant. BWW Farmingdale Supervision, you will be receiving a call from me today, that’s not the proper way to treat customers.

  God awful in almost every way! Four of us were there this past Saturday night (read on): It took forever for our waitress to give us menus or take our order; She was both the bartender and the waitress so service was really slow all night; Two of us ordered martinis, and they were incredibly weak; the waitress said she could not fix them because they were a “corporate” recipe, at $17 each, they weren’t even full; The decor was very dingy and old like it’s needed renovations for 20 years; I asked the waitress/bartender to send over a manager to discuss the weak cocktails, and no manager ever showed up all night; There are TVs all over with sports, it is a sports bar, but for some reason one TV had a stupid show on, and it was blaringly loud, no music playing at all!; Finally, no one ever cleaned off ANY of our dirty dishes! We piled them up and put them on the edge of the table and no one ever took them away! We’re not eating there anymore, and I wouldn’t if I were you either! On a positive note, my beef cheesesteak sandwich wasn’t bad! But It could’ve been bigger! L Greene
