I received a horrible experience from the team member Monica at this location. I ordered food and was missing a lot of my order. I asked Monica for a refund and she was dismissive and rude, stating she would not be refunding me. Prior to obtaining her name, that I saw it on a receipt after the fact, Monica gave fake names, wore different name badges, and when asked what her name was she refused to give it, completely unprofessional. After speaking with the general manager Lisette she stated I can’t give a refund its not our policy, but gave four make it right Arbys cards that were expired as a courtesy. This was also incorrect, because they were expired when I went to use them at the Lindenhurst location they said they could not honor them because they were expired. Lisette said it would not be a problem to use them at any Arby’s location because she put the store number on them, again that was wrong and false information. When I returned to this location on the drive thru to use the Make it right cards Monica took my order, whom I already had problems with. When I received the order, there was a hair in my French dip sandwich, which was clearly intentional. I asked for a manager and she lied again and said she was the manager and laughed, which she is not. I politely requested a refund and to have my cards returned back to me which she refused, and stated she would not give my cards back. After reaching out to the 1800 customer service, speaking with Sharon, Lexus, Selista, Louise, Patrice, they said I needed to be in contact with the store which they stated is privately owned, and they have done nothing to rectify the issue for myself the customer. After multiple calls and messages no one has gotten back to me, after the frequent horrible customer service, Between Monica the team member, and the General Manager Lisette. Team members on multiple days laughed at the entire interaction and were unprofessional. Lisette the General manager has poor management skills and allowed this behavior from her employees while she was present. With no respect for the customer. Stay away a word of advice. Months later and still no response. Not really sure what franchise has a 1800 for no reason they truly just want to collect money and don’t care about the customer, won’t be returning to any Arby’s in the future!!! Not sure who the actual owner of this franchise is, but if I were you I would be disgusted, embarrassed, and revamp the entire staff. It reflects your judgement.
