- STSharon TaberApr 7, 20261.0I used to go out of my way to stop at Panera bread for their wonderful cinnamon rolls and then you change them and they’re horrible. The food and customer service is wonderful but I really enjoyed the old cinnamon rolls so I don’t stop in very often anymore. Sorry

I can’t really overemphasize how rare or important that is. Second, the food has always been so fresh and delicious and amazing, and the workers are always friendly and kind. What an amazing place to eat. Thanks, Panera.

My lettuce was saggy and less amount like they were running out and almost nothing on the BBQ sauce. My BBQ salad with chicken ended up in the trash. I will go to the Pittsford location next to get a delicious salad.
