  Went thru drive thru. Took almost 30 minutes. Person taking orders/ cash must have been new and not trained well. He was frustrated. Shift sup came only because she was called. Showed him something and turned and left. He was still frustrated/overwhelmed. Felt so bad for him. Several people in line got frustrated and left. I would have but was pinned in line and could not leave.

  This particular McDonald's seemed to be in chaos with the drive thru being backed up, and all the staff working in the kitchen and still barely getting orders out. This place should be shut down.

  I’m not sure what’s going on at this McDonald’s, but it completely defeats the purpose of fast food. Every single time I come through the drive-thru, it takes forever. It doesn’t matter what time it is or what hour of the day—morning, afternoon, or late at night—they’re always slow. It’s consistently the slowest in town kind of slow. I’ve given it multiple chances thinking it might just be a bad day, but it’s the same experience every time. Definitely frustrating when you’re expecting something quick and convenient.
