    The absolute worst McDonalds in Monroe County. Employees are rude. Items always missing from order, especially for delivery orders. There is always a long wait no matter how many cars in line. This place needs corporate to step in and take over.

    McDonald's as a whole is not a good company that looks out for customers they do don't listen nor act on situations that happen especially with the app can take our money but can't update information if you do you must start all over. Was loyal to McDonald's now I'm done going where loyalty and customers count. No more golden arches for me

    Waited 15 minutes in the drive-through with no cars behind me.. Literally, nobody else in the drive-through at all. Had to walk into the restaurant and ask where my food was. Employee came out granted and stuffed the food into the window. No apology nothing. Finally got home order wasn’t even right anyway. Completely missed a big Mac. I understand time issues and even mistakes happen when you’re busy, but there was literally nobody else there and you guys couldn’t even get it right
