I made an order though the mobile APP and I waited for at least 3-5 minutes at the drive up microphone and he never came to greet me (or the car in front of me now that I think about it) I had to pull up to the window where I was greeted rudely as if I was being an inconvenience to him. Usually this location is prompt but this afternoon's team member and service does not represent Dunkin or the town of Perinton/Fairport quite well. I hope this is taken seriously. Thank you.
