So I am a regular customer here and I won’t write a review about anything unless it really bugs me. Almost 2 weeks ago I realized a new person has been working here (Asian guy) who seems very pleasant but the manager was very rude to him and treating him almost like a kid and yelling at him which to me is unprofessional. He clearly is a grown man and I am no expert but you don’t treat adults like this even when you think you hold a position of authority. Anyways, I thought maybe he was new and I don’t quite know (don’t want to jump to conclusions). Well, today I placed my usual order and the manager (who talks a little too much and gets into too much personal details especially when I just want a little silence) had a smile and treating his workers very nicely when… I saw the same new guy again. Coincidentally, the manager was very rude to him again and in my eyes he was doing nothing wrong and just performing his job! Is this DISCRIMINATION taking place at this store??? The manager can be very nice to the white workers but the Asian person you treat like dirt??? Breuggers I am disappointed that this is happening in your store! You should be ashamed to have a person like this representing your name! It has been on my mind all morning and it’s not something anyone should have to be faced with especially when earning an honest living!!!

Saturday morning, -2°F (feels like -20) outside, and I’m picking up two dozen bagels for my daughter’s birthday. Not exactly the kind of weather that makes you want to leave the house… but Bruegger’s made it completely worth it. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You could tell they genuinely cared, which honestly warmed things up more than the heaters did. The bagels were fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. Ordering two dozen could have easily felt chaotic, but everything was organized and ready thanks to their super convenient online ordering system. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free — exactly what you need when you’re prepping for a kid’s birthday party. I also really appreciate the little things they do that show they go the extra mile. They offer storage bags to help keep the bagels fresh, and I love that you can buy their cream cheese to take home. Those thoughtful touches make a big difference. And here’s something small but meaningful — when you order coffee, they don’t just hand you an empty cup like some places do. They actually fill it for you. That level of service and attention to detail is rare these days. Bruegger’s consistently delivers great food and even better customer experience. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer in

Went there today as first time customers and unfortunately do not think we will return. We ordered two bagels that were made wrong we wanted egg and cheese on the jalapeño bagels and ended up with some cream cheese on them and too much of it. Also ordered coffee and it tastes like water with a touch of flavoring and a blueberry muffin that I went back and said I think it was forgotten and they pointed and said “oh you can grab it yourself over there”. Would have been better off sticking with going to Tim Hortons.
