  Avoid this location at all costs. Service extremely slow. Waited 10 minutes to order with 1 person in front of me and decided to walk out and order pizza. Staff socializing with each other and pretending to "work." Very disappointed. We love Chipotle but will never visit this location again!

  I’ve gone to this location maybe 5 times in the last year since I’ve moved here, each time I go I purchase the exact same order. Each time I go I’m given diffrent proportions for said order and charged more each time even thought my proportions are smaller than the time before. The store is always dirty and 90% of the time they’re out of products. I had gone once too where I got through ordering and got to the counter and then was informed that they could only process orders through card, I had cash on me. Very inconvient that they didn’t have sinkage posted to notify those who pay with cash.

  This place needs help. I hate writing 1 star reviews but this location has been bad so many times for me (5+) and in a material way. Do not order ahead, but if you do, add 30min to your scheduled time. Today was typical experience; ordered at 4:50 for a 5:20 pick up. I intentionally arrived at 5:30 bc I knew it wouldn’t be ready. Waited until 5:50 before I got my food. While me and 3 others waited, no less than 30 people were served in the restaurant. So either walk in and order or go to a different location. They must have 1 person on mobile orders while also staffing the window. Also the chipotlane is a mess. People show up on time, food isn’t ready so they sit at the window for 10+ minutes while a line of 5-6 cars form behind. And those people’s food MIGHT be ready but they can’t get it because someone is sitting there waiting at the window. They need to send cars around to the waiting area for ~5m so others can get their food. Or tell them to go sit in the parking lot until the app tells them it’s ready. Enforce it. They also don’t label the containers either. Every other chipotle labels them. What’s the point of putting names on the items in the app? Overall the food is good. In-house service is acceptable but the order ahead is horrible. I could (and probably will) drive 30 min further to get my food faster. I gave it a few tries to maybe see if I just had 1 or 2 bad experiences his it’s every time. And others on here have expressed similar. Need to staff the mobile orders better.

  This place is absolutely disgusting. You can really tell by looking around that the employees never clean the restaurant or take pride in their work. Garbage everywhere all over the floor. The area where they make your food is a mess and covered in food all over the place. And to top it off I open my bowl to a lady bug hanging out on the lettuce. Will never go to Chipotle again. Many of them are like this now and the quality isn’t what it used to be. It’s a shame because it used to be a clean place with great food.

  I will not eat here again. The last 2 orders I picked up in the Chipotle lane were ice cold. Today I went inside, line very long and moving SLOWLY. The person at the register has scabs all over arms/face. This person is reaching scabby arms into bags and putting food in bags. Very unsanitary. Dining room looked really dirty. I left without getting food. I wish I could give 0 stars, do not eat here.
