  We’ve been here several times before to get milkshakes without any real issues however this time they said they couldn’t make the that flavor into a milkshake. However that’s false because we’ve gotten it before. The way the person in the window was speaking sounded off putting then said one moment let me check, came back to say they were out of that flavor. However that’s not what was stated the first time so it seems to me like they just didn’t want to make the milkshake at all, then tried to pass it off as not having the flavor after we said we’ve had it made before. We left without ordering anything after that.

  I went to this dairy Queen grill & chill I got to the counter to place an order and I stood there for a good 10 maybe 15 minutes and still wasn't waiting on, I do not know if the person was the manager or what he was but the guy never apologized for the inconvenience, poor service! This place doesn't deserve a one-star!

  Honestly, just don’t waste your money coming here. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or the workers just don’t care. However, it’s just consistently poor service and bad food. My fries weren’t fully cooked, the bun was stale, the soda was flat. On top of all of this, it took 20 minutes to get our food when there wasn’t any other customers IN THE MIDDLE OF LUNCH. So yeah, in conclusion just save your money and go somewhere else. This location needs an overhaul or just to close.

  Sat in line for nearly 40 minutes, waited 20 before they even took our order, and had a really long line forming.
