    Like people say I'd give you an zero but then I couldn't complain. Well, where do I start? Ordering the food. Three meat plus three. How hard is that? Well, apparently it flipped the manager Logan out. She made mistakes. that I would think a rookie would make. First she takes the order and its wrong. She gave one box and two roast beef sandwiches on the side. then my son asked for the two other boxes that was ordered . Oops she made a mistake. receipt showed the error and she gave my son the cash back instead of putting it back on the debit card. then she takes the order again. this time she adds the right amount of meat plus 3 box, charges us for it again. this time almost $28.00. No problem right? Well, the problem was they gave my son the food that was paid for at less amount. In other words the MISTAKE receipt. As my son question where the other two boxes were, THE FRY person said its all in the box. Of course when we called to speak to someone over this mistake. Logan answered and started yelling at me saying she took the order and tried to get it straight even returned the first mistake like it was a favor. she also said she tried to stop my son and catch up to him to give him his boxes that HE forgot. Well Logan the first box had all of its content including the fish sandwich. My son came home with the two sandwiches no box. She was rude and didn't have a clue what was really going on. She asked me to listen to her, but when I asked the same she wouldn't do it. she blamed my son for leaving and not being able to be caught up too. right Logan. well we sent back all the food and demanded our money back. So 27.00 back for 21.00 of food. We are done with your store .the last time we went there was a mistake and the lady was gracious and apologetic . Not with this one. she didn't care. oh by the way she gave cash again instead of putting it back on my card. and was rude. so as my husband said NO MORE ARBY'S HOME OF MISTAKES<

    Ordered au just they left it clumpy. The young man working tried to tell me to just swirl it in the cup. I did get a bit snippy because like man I paid for it and it’s your job to mix it and as a teen I worked at Arby’s and I would never tell a customer that. He made me a new one and it was also clumpy I had to use a straw to break up clumps. Very unimpressed I will stick to the one on fort Drum because while short staffed the actually care about customer service

    Ordered 2 large meals waited 35 mins for our food hair in both our fries sandwich wasn't made right and chicken tenders were over cooked when I called they said they coukd only replace one meal even though both were messed up and very rude about it

    I have ordered from a here a few times this last week. The gyro was half meat and the fries were half filled. Terrible service will never return. God bless

    If I could give 0 stars I would. How incompetent do you have to be to forget a fry order. Like a whole side to a meal and boom forgot it. I also am not going back to the store in the snow when I shouldn’t have to check the order. Thanks for nothing.
