  Didn’t make the cake I ordered so I’m running around trying to figure out what to do for my son’s party. The person that gave me my refund was really nice, just wish the person who took the cake order actually did their job.

  I ordered the brownie Oreo sundae and the brownie was very dry and tasted like chalk food is expensive for no reason small portions and overall the lady who took my order was kinda rude

  We’ve been here several times before to get milkshakes without any real issues however this time they said they couldn’t make the that flavor into a milkshake. However that’s false because we’ve gotten it before. The way the person in the window was speaking sounded off putting then said one moment let me check, came back to say they were out of that flavor. However that’s not what was stated the first time so it seems to me like they just didn’t want to make the milkshake at all, then tried to pass it off as not having the flavor after we said we’ve had it made before. We left without ordering anything after that.
