  I preordered on the app. Had to wait 8 minutes after getting up to the window. they were out of bottled water and the Baconator Breakfast sandwich was cold with soggy bacon. I will not be back.

  Order was missing items when it to tell the worker which was the manager today and she had a terrible attitude roller her eyes when I told her they missed an item

  Would give 0 stars but can’t. Mother in law came there for our food at 8pm. She came home ALL OUR FOOD WAS STONE COLD. Wife’s burger wasn’t even a baconator that we asked for. Burger was cold , fries and my wrap. So mother in law went back at about 8:30 and gave the food back. The manager CHARGED her for a small fry. Said “I’ll charge you a small fry but give you a medium bc there were fries on the burger we took back Even tho IT WAS ALL GIVEN BACK. And was still given a SMALL. She SHOULDN'T have been charged anything. Y'all should train your young workers and managers better. I was a fast food manager and I WOULDN'T EVER treat my customers the way my mother in law was treated. Your night manager SUCKS. And should be demoted.
