  Waited 20 minutes for food. Food was not fresh whatsoever. Burger meat was cold, fries weren't fresh. They forgot part of the order. Overstaffed yet took so long which makes no sense. Dirty tables and chairs, one of the workers was mopping coins on the floor, which shows he didn't even try to sweep. Overall dirty and I am definitely not coming back.

  The food was cold . You wait forever . And how can the ice cream machine always be down at every store no matter what time of day. And I didn't know why they have such an issues with serving ice cream and milkshakes the milkshakes are just a bottom . They don't have to scoop it blend anything . They should just take them off the menu

  Your main street store in Endicott needs to be wiped of its staff and replaced. This is sad I’ve waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes with literally no line. They never make your food properly either. Only good two people here are Dennis and the short older lady everyone calls gramma. Other than that everyone needs to go. This place was so much better when maceo managed it.

  Waited 25 minutes to pick up mobile order. Ordered 3 piece tenders. One piece was 2” long.
