- LKlindsey kinneFeb 9, 20263.0Recently I’ve been trying to order the brownie batter swirl and just this past time I was told that they “no longer have it” however I looked this up to confirm that information and it says it’s apart of the permanent menu and I have not seen anything about it being discontinued. So if it is temporarily out of stock than that’s ok but I think it’s very poor customer service to be dishonest about an item no longer being available if it’s only temporary just because you may be frustrated that customers keep attempting to order it. Plus employees at this location tend to have a problem putting the correct condiments for my salads when I ask to adjust my dressing to ranch. It’s always that I either end up with caesar dressing which I can’t eat or they do give the ranch and I end up also being given the crispy onions which don’t go with the parm caesar salad.
