The drinks are always made well, but I consistently seem to have issues with the food. Today, I ordered the snack bacon and it was literally cold, you could even see the dried-up bacon grease. I went inside and politely said, “I’m not trying to be that person, but these are cold.” One of the employees told me, “That’s just how they come, but we can get you a new pack.” Meanwhile, the lady who handed me the bacon gave me a dirty look, and another worker confirmed that no, that’s not how the bacon should come. At that point, it was just frustrating. I didn’t even want the food anymore, it felt like a waste of money. But honestly, it’s the principle. I come in here every day and I’m always kind, I say “thank you,” and no one ever says “you’re welcome” back. On top of that, serving cold, old food is just not okay.
