  Consistently good coffee, unlike many other Dunkin locations where you just don't know what you're going to get, even tho you're ordering the same thing every time.

  If I could give this location a 0 star review I would. This place should be ashamed of itself and their terrible service and atmosphere. First, they allow an incredibly rude customer to sit in the lobby for hours and harass other customers. I got called a “dummy” by this customer for no reason at all and the employees do not do a thing about it. Another time I came in (again just minding my own business) and this same individual said some other not appropriate things to me. The employees again can obviously hear it because she does not say it quietly at all, and do or saying nothing! She should be asked to leave by the employees and not allowed back. Secondly, this location takes FOREVER even when I put in a mobile order way ahead of time. There has been a few instances where I had to walk out and leave with nothing because they are taking that long and I need to get to work. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

  I really never understand how mangers are keeping staff who don’t have the minimum experience to deal with customers. I can see other feedbacks from people who haven’t received food with their orders. Every time I am present in this coffee shop I never felt any of the staff has the passion to serve well. They are too careless about this business! I kept waiting for an order and a lady told me it’s not prepared yet. After waiting for 15 minutes, another lady came and asked why I am still waiting. I told her I am wait for an order. She simply gave me a bag that was just beside me. When I got the order and opened it, I didn’t find any food! This is not the first time and I advise everyone not to make any orders from this place unless the who team is changed! They seem too careless about the business and you can hardly see anyone smiling! I think they’re overwhelmed.
