But what about when it’s not working? The manager was snarky and said “it’s an online coupon and since you’re here and not ordering online you don’t get it”.. But why? The app isn’t working again and you should honor the deal because I tried to order online and it didn’t work. I even showed them the issue. She didn’t care and wouldn’t budge on her position. Well after over 30 years of ordering from this place (I grew up one block over they lost a loyal customer. Guess I’ll k my be eating Rossi’s from now on 🤷🏻♀️🤣 which honestly tastes way better anyway. We order with dominos because it’s cheaper. I’d rather pay more and go where they value their customers and aren’t rude
