  I believe that when we were growing up, we were taught basic manners when someone says “thank you,” you respond with “you’re welcome.” In customer service, we’re also taught to be friendly and say things like “Have a nice day.” That’s how you encourage customers to return and continue supporting your business. Unfortunately, this location seems to lack those basic principles. The staff is often rude and could benefit from additional training. It might be helpful to ensure employees fully complete and understand their training videos before being placed on the floor to interact with customers. On top of that, the food is frequently cold, and the iced drinks are watery. While I don’t expect perfection, I do expect a certain standard even from a Dunkin’ located inside a gas station.

  Stay is hit or miss, either great service or blah. The upside, this is connected to a mini-mart.

  I walked in and asked for a coffee and a chocolate glazed donut. The worker at the register was very rude as soon as he took me. He told me I wasn’t “clear enough” and that I have bad English. My daughter and son both work at Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts in different locations and walking into their stores, I’ve never been treated so rudely. The worker was a tattooed man and even cussed me out with no probably cause. This worker belittled and insulted me while the others stood by in the background and just watched. That is no way to treat a costumer. I will be making a formal complaint to the company. Hope these people are held accountable.

  Can't even make the food without burning! All depends who you get when you visit here. Half the time food is burnt to the point you can't eat it!
