This has nothing to do with what language they speak Like others have commented in there reviews its about how you treat customers.

I do not believe they speak English here and the one person that I actually spoke to today Just stared at me with the blankest look you could ever give someone. The first time I went to this location, my English muffin was stale, and after telling the “Supervisor” she just said that’s how English muffins taste and then didn’t even check the other English muffins to see if they were expired or old. Today my donut tasted almost raw! Had to spit it out in disgust. Definitely not coming back. Sadly it’s the closest Dunkin to my workplace , but there is another one a couple miles further down I will give a shot.
