  Truthfully if I could give one star I would. I order a hot chocolate…Dunkin’s hot chocolate is naturally creamy and sweet, that’s how it always comes out and how it’s properly made. Today I’ve never been more disappointed in my life, I ordered from here, and I opened the top to my drink, whoever gave me my drink and made it for me, made me CHOCOLATE water. I am in pure disgust. I paid 5 dollars for this and whoever is working decides to make disgustingly watered down hot chocolate. How is something like that okay??????? It’s undrinkable, it looks terrible, it tastes horrible. I don’t even know how something like this could be made or how it’s made. If this is how your hot chocolate is, please do not sell it anymore, because I can’t believe something like this could be sold and paid for. My hot chocolate was disgusting and had to throw the whole thing out because whoever made it, decided to give me water and a scoop of hot chocolate. management needs to fix this issue asap, because this…absolutely not okay. I will not be going back to this Dunkin in any sense. Horrible.

  Coffee was great! But the service horrible I can’t even ask for anything at the employee specially the manager because she is the rudest on from all! This has nothing to do with what language they speak Like others have commented in there reviews its about how you treat customers.

  This may literally be the worst Dunkin I have ever stepped in in my life. It’s been three times I’ve been in the store and all three times something is very off. I do not believe they speak English here and the one person that I actually spoke to today Just stared at me with the blankest look you could ever give someone. The first time I went to this location, my English muffin was stale, and after telling the “Supervisor” she just said that’s how English muffins taste and then didn’t even check the other English muffins to see if they were expired or old. Today my donut tasted almost raw! Had to spit it out in disgust. Definitely not coming back. Sadly it’s the closest Dunkin to my workplace , but there is another one a couple miles further down I will give a shot.
