The food was overcooked, my preorder through the app was missing the sauce, and the cashier, Juliana, was rude, unnecessary attitude through the roof, and handed me a folded receipt. She may be new, but that’s no excuse for poor customer service. When I came back to the store for the missing sauce, I walked in and was completely ignored until an older lady, who seemed to be a manager, kindly gave me two BBQ sauces. I appreciated her professionalism, but overall, the experience was disappointing once again. The energy here is off, and the level of professionalism is just not there. I won’t be returning.
