  Pizza has no flavor. It's made horrible.. the pizza looks un able to eat looks horrible. Undercooked. Taste like cold fridge cheese..

  After waiting 4 hours for my order, it finally arrived — and there was hair in my food. This is disgusting and completely unacceptable. Waiting that long just to receive contaminated food is beyond unprofessional. On top of that, the manager would not answer the phone when I called.

  I waited 3 hours for a pizza. Three. Hours. That is completely unacceptable. No updates. No call back. The manager refused to answer the phone. This is beyond poor customer service — it’s straight up disrespectful. If you can’t handle orders, stop taking them. I expect this to be addressed immediately.
