- JFJanet FSep 29, 20251.0My sister and I attempted to use the promotional advertisement for a free coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts on 9/29/25. Upon arrival, the cashiers and store associates did not acknowledge us and continue to work as if my sister and I weren’t standing there. I attempted to place a coffee order and a sandwich order and my sister inquired if Duncan rewards number or card was needed for this transaction. We said that we were here for the free coffee day promotion and wanted to know what was needed to be able to get a free coffee drink. The cashiers were extremely unhelpful and began to speak in their own language amongst each other while ignoring our request. We tried several times to get our question answered however they were very unhelpful, and very dismissive. In addition to this unpleasant experience, they completed my sister’s online order incorrectly. This location has had a history of completing our orders incorrectly or treating us with poor customer service. You’re better off going to a different location. The ladies that work here have such a horrible attitude to you if you’re a POC but had no problem addressing a White customer with respect. Smh.
