  The food from this location has made both me and members of my family sick. The lack of care in how the food is prepared is extremely concerning, and the overall food handling appears unsanitary. When food is being prepared for human consumption, there should be a clear standard of cleanliness and responsibility. Unfortunately, that standard does not seem to exist at this location. Given Chipotle Mexican Grill’s well-documented history of food safety incidents over the years, it is deeply disappointing to see that proper food safety and sanitation practices still appear to be lacking here. Experiences like this raise serious concerns about whether meaningful improvements have been made. As a result, I will not be eating at this location again, and I will no longer patronize the brand as a whole. I will also strongly caution others before choosing to eat here.   Terrible experience. The employee who made my bowl rushed me when it was slow and nobody was in line behind me. He put my bowl together with no care, extremely sloppy and rude. Very short with me as if i was inconveniencing him. It was so bad that my wife decided not to order anything. It ruined my appetite with how careless, rude and sloppy this employee was that I couldnt even eat my food. Do better Chipotle. Thankfully there’s a Moe’s nearby. I feel robbed having to pay for this.

  This was by far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The entire place was dirty — tables weren’t wiped down, the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in hours, and the trash bins were overflowing. It honestly made me question the hygiene standards in the kitchen. On top of that, the portions were ridiculously small. I paid full price and barely got half a scoop of rice and meat. When I politely asked about it, the staff acted annoyed instead of fixing it. The employees were unfriendly and looked like they didn’t want to be there. No greeting, no energy, just poor attitude. Customer service was basically nonexistent. For the price Chipotle charges, this was unacceptable. Dirty store, tiny portions, and bad service. I won’t be coming back.

  I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences at your location. While the service here used to be quite poor, I have noticed a significant improvement lately. The new staff members are friendly and much more effective than the previous team. Additionally, the food quality has improved noticeably with these changes. The location is excellent and clearly stays busy. It seems that with the right management in place to help the team run more efficiently, the establishment will continue to thrive.

  This location is beyond disgusting .when you google Cross contamination . This location pops up. Workers don’t change their gloves , swipe the food from off the counters back into the serving tray . They’re not children or teens and have nasty attitudes before you can even get the order out of your mouth. The overall location is amazing but the staff are more of a turnoff than the lack of cleanliness and proper sani-safe practices. I’m contacting corporate , health department and FCC because they’re going to give someone salmonella poisoning or worse . I highly doubt the management onsite is competent as they’re more micro aggressive for logical complaints like 4 scoops of rice to one scoop of protein . … just call it a rice bowl even if you pay 5.85 extra for meat it’s pointless . ( I threw my Order out not risking sickness ) waste the of $20
