- GSGurpreet SinghMar 25, 20261.0At this Dunkin’ location 215 Hempstead turnpike. I went there at night around 10:30 and there was a man serving. He was such a rude guy. Using his phones while customers were there. We were looking for him and he ignored us and take the other customer. The staff at night is so unprofessional and disrespectful. He made very bad coffee. O stars for service. Very disappointing.

All I asked for was 25 munchkins and a donut, and the woman on register rang me up for a box o joe as well, making my total $50. Then claimed that she couldn’t refund me because the manager wasn’t there and she didn’t know how. Didn’t even ask for coffee, but she charged me, and couldn’t give me the refund either. Narinderjit avoid her at all costs

Upon request , formerly English speaking staff claimed only communicative in Spanish and no manager on site . Worse , filing a complaint with their customer service department yields contact by accrude , rude , heavily-accented female who proceeds to scream threats and challenges to the complainant over the phone . In summary , I find DD repulsive , from its executive level on down . And nutritionally , donuts are among the the worst things available to consume - filled with Transfat , Yeech
